Vinification:
The harvesting was made by hand. Without any maceration period the grapes were pressed carefully and were fermented with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.  
Wine description:
Discreet honey bouquet, on the palate expressive and superb fruit, lively, well-balanced,   refined fruit in the finish

Acidity: 5,4 g/l
Drinkable and food comparing:
Young and fresh within 2 years. A very good food wine and as well a superb fruity wine for the summer.
