Vinification: The hand-selected grapes are destemmed and pressed carefully with a pneumatic press after a maceration period of 5 hours. The clarified grape must is fermented at controlled temperatures. The wine remains on the lees until May of the following year.
Wine description: Tropical fruit melt, stone fruit with delicate walnut taste and hints of white pepper, creamy extract, mouth filling, complex, backed by an elegant acidity, with a great long lingering finish
