Vinification:
Only the best grapes from the latest harvesting are used for this wine. The harvest is made by hand with a strict selection of grapes. Some maceration time brings better aromas. The fermentation took place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The maturation is also in stainless steel tank on the fine yeast until May.
Wine description:
With refined fruit notes of ripe tangerine and honeymelone and a touch of mango, on the palate elegant with discreet nutty edge, hints of candied fruits, rich in extract, with an appealing and pleasant finish with an exciting minerality, extract sweet aftertaste.
