Vinification:
We use only healthy grapes from the first harvesting course to create a crisp, light and youthful wine. Immediate pressing after arrival of grapes at the winery by pneumatic press. The juice can settle then for about 12 hours, only the clear juice is used for fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
Wine description:
Orange, tangerine and a little bit almond, lively on the palate, elegant and slim wine with animating acid; the varietal rarity from Hohenwarth and a white wine Diva.

Drinkable and food comparing:
Young and fresh up to 2 years, so it shows its best potential. It goes well with the traditional Austrian Cuisine.
