Vinification:
The harvest is made by hand. In the winery the red grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. After a short maceration period the red grapes are pressed carefully and are fermented with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

Light, fruity and spicy. Great for the summer.

Drinkable young and fresh within the next 2 years. It goes well with smooth flavored poultry, fish and any kind of sea-fruit, also delicious with noodles.
