The destemmed grapes are fermented on the mash and pressed immediately after fermentation, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.
Wine description:
Dark ruby red, inviting, harmonious, mature, and powerful bouquet with notes of cassis and a hint of elderberry. On the palate, delicate chocolate notes with aromas of plums, cherries, and black berries. Delicate spice, full-bodied and juicy, good length, powerful and long finish.
