Terroir: sandy soil with gravel in the deep and a high content of lime
Size of bottles: 0,75 lt
Vinification:
The harvest is made by hand. The grapes are pressed carefully with a pneumatic press. The clarified grape must is fermented with selected yeasts at a temperature of 17 degrees Celsius.
Wine description:
Distinctly piquant, spicy and fresh bouquet, vitally on the palate with an animation play of acidity.

Alcohol: 12,5 %
Residual sugar: 3,0 g/l
Acidity: 6,2 g/l
Drinkable and food comparing:
It should be drunken young within 2 years, so it shows its best. It goes well with terrines and carpaccio, salads or vegetarian dishes.
