Vineyard: Ried Hochstrass
Terroir: sandy brown earth soil with a high content of lime and gravel in the depth
Size of bottles: 0,75 lt, 1,5 lt magnum, 3,0 lt double magnum
Vinification:
The hand-selected grapes are destemmed and pressed carefully with a pneumatic press after a maceration period of 10 hours. The clarified grape must is fermented at controlled temperatures. The wine remains on the lees until May of the following year.
Wine description:
Tropical fruit melt, stone fruit with delicate walnut taste and hints of white pepper, creamy extract, mouth filling, complex, backed by an elegant acidity, with a great long lingering finish

Residual sugar: 3,5 g/l
Acidity: 6,0 g/l
Drinkable and food comparing:
Drinkable from now on and promising for the next 10 years. It goes well with veal, poultry and sea-fruit or hummer.
