Vinification:
The harvest is made by hand. The grapes are destemmed and pressed carefully after a short maceration time. The overnight clarified juice is fermented temperature-controlled with selected yeasts.
Wine description:
Distinctly piquant, spicy and fresh bouquet, vitally on the palate with an animation play of acidity.

Drinkable and food comparing:
It should be drunken young within 3 years, so it shows its best. It goes very well with salad, cold appetizers and traditional dishes like Wiener Schnitzel.
