Vinification:
Harvesting is made by hand. After a short maceration period the grapes are pressed carefully and fermented with selected yeasts at 17 degrees Celsius in steanless steel tanks.

crisp apple, light pear, fine acidity, a fragrant, fresh, delicate spicy with clear fruit, lively with an agreeable acidity
