Vinification:

Harvesting is made by hand. After a short maceration period the grapes are pressed carefully and fermented with selected yeasts at 17 degrees Celsius in steanless steel tanks.  

Wine description:

crisp apple, light pear, fine acidity, a fragrant, fresh, delicate spicy with clear fruit, lively with an agreeable acidity

Acidity: 5,8 g/l

Drinkable and food comparing:

Young and fresh within the next years. It goes well with a wide range of dishes, but it is also a perfect wine for the summer.
