Vinification:
The harvesting was made by hand. After a short maceration period the grapes were pressed carefully and were fermented with selected yeasts at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks.

Discreet honey bouquet, on the palate expressive and superb fruit, lively, well-balanced,   refined fruit in the finish

Young and fresh within 3 years. A very good food wine and as well a superb fruity wine for the summer.
