Vinification:
The de-stemmed grapes were fermented carefully. The malolactic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. It was aged in big barrel without any oak for about 1 years.
Wine description:
Light ruby red, in the nose delicate hints of strawberries and cherries, on the palate soft and harmonious, well-structured and fine-grained tannins that give the wine proper fullness, a long lingering finish.
